SEREN STUDIO（以下「当スタジオ」）は、当スタジオが提供するアプリケーション「STELLA」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の個人情報およびデータの取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。
本アプリは、利用者のプライバシーを最大限尊重するよう設計されています。本アプリは、利用者の個人を特定する情報を収集、送信、または第三者と共有することはありません。本アプリの主要な機能は、すべて利用者の端末内で完結します。
本アプリは、以下を含むいかなる個人情報も収集・外部送信しません。
本アプリはアカウント登録やログインを必要とせず、外部サーバーとの通信を行いません。
本アプリは、利用者の利用体験（星の復元状況、オフタイムの記録、設定など）を、利用者の端末内にのみ保存します。これらのデータは外部に送信されることはなく、当スタジオがアクセスすることもできません。本アプリをアンインストールすると、これらのデータは端末から削除されます。
本アプリは、分析ツール、広告ネットワーク、その他の第三者データ収集サービスを一切使用していません。
本アプリで将来的にアプリ内購入機能を提供する場合、その決済処理は Google Play（Google LLC）の課金システムを通じて行われます。決済に関する情報は Google が処理し、当スタジオが利用者の決済情報（クレジットカード番号等）を収集・保存することはありません。Google による情報の取り扱いについては、Google のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
本アプリは13歳以上の利用者を対象としています。当スタジオは13歳未満の児童から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
当スタジオは、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本ページ上で告知します。本アプリの機能に変更（例：アプリ内購入や新機能の追加）があった場合、本ポリシーもそれに応じて更新されます。

SEREN STUDIO ("we", "us", or "the Studio") provides this Privacy Policy to explain how the application "STELLA" ("the App") handles user information and data.
The App is designed to respect user privacy to the fullest extent. The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personally identifiable information with third parties. All core functionality of the App runs entirely on the user's device.
The App does not collect or transmit any personal information, including but not limited to:
The App does not require account registration or login, and does not communicate with any external server.
The App stores your experience data (star restoration progress, off-time records, settings, etc.) only on your device. This data is never transmitted externally, and the Studio cannot access it. Uninstalling the App removes this data from your device.
The App does not use any analytics tools, advertising networks, or other third-party data collection services.
If the App offers in-app purchases in the future, payment processing is handled through the Google Play billing system operated by Google LLC. Payment information is processed by Google, and the Studio does not collect or store your payment details (such as credit card numbers). The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. The Studio does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
The Studio may update this Policy as necessary. Significant changes will be announced on this page. If the App's functionality changes (e.g., the addition of in-app purchases or new features), this Policy will be updated accordingly.
